So although the Tower often brings abrupt endings and unexpected shifts, paired with the Three of Wands, gives us the message that we should expect further developments that will probably change the current energy.
The elements of the cards are Fire (Tower) and Fire (Three of Wands), so the two cards strengthen each other, for good or ill. The energy of the Tower, as a major arcana card, will attempt to dominate the dynamic of the Three of Wands, which means that the impact of the event the Tower describes may prevent us from being able to see future solutions/consequences.
